Baptism Preparation includes theology of Baptism, symbols used in the rite, and a rehearsal. One parent of the child must be registered and a participating member of St. James Church at least six months prior to celebration of the Sacrament.
Coffee House is an adult formation, faith-building fellowship that occurs between Sunday Masses monthly or bimonthly. A light breakfast and coffee is served alongside presentations by guest speakers on a variety of subjects to help build our parishioners' knowledge and faith. Family Faith Formation offers continuing faith formation through family-centered religious education, service, liturgy, and community building. Family Faith Formation centers on family gatherings with breakfast followed by adult lessons, prayer, and parent led, age-appropriate groups for children.
Marriage Preparation is offered to all parishioners seeking marriage through the Church. Please contact the parish office.
Religious Education offers grade-level appropriate theology, preparation for Reconciliation and Eucharist, learning prayers, and learning how to be part of the parish family. RE is open to children from PreK - 5th grade.
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults offers adults and school-aged children instruction on the Catholic Faith and initiation into the Church. We welcome new team members and sponsors for candidates.
