As Catholics, our primary expression of worship is through the celebration of the Eucharist. The liturgical seasons guide and inspire worship; we strive to deepen parishioners’ spiritual experiences through creating a beautiful and devout liturgical environment to experience the joys of the Eucharist. Our liturgical ministries make this possible both at the altar and behind the scenes.

Worship & Liturgy

Altar Servers are children who serve at Mass. All children ages nine and up who have celebrated the Eucharist are welcome.
Church Art & Environment is made up of parishioners who enjoy guided creativity to help prepare the church for worship during the liturgical year by using decor according to Church guidelines.
Church Cleaning & Maintenance is performed by any parishioner wishing to use the talents of their hands to maintain and clean our worship space.
Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist distribute the Blessed Sacrament, the Body and Blood of Christ, at Mass. Any Catholic in good standing may participate after training.
Lectors & Commentators proclaim the Word of God and make pre-service announcements at Mass. Any Catholic in good standing who has strong public speaking skills may participate.
Liturgy & Worship Ministry listens to the parishioners for suggestions and comments and incorporates these into a meaningful service for the worship of God.
Music Ministry enhances liturgical celebrations through wonderful music for worship. Vocalists and instrumentalists are especially welcome. "Those who sing, pray twice." -St. Augustine
Rosary Leaders pray the Rosary with the parish community before weekend Masses. Open to all parishioners.
Sacristans prepare the church for the Eucharistic Liturgy and other sacred events. Open to Catholics in good standing who are over the age of 18.
Ushers welcome everyone entering the church and assist with seating and movement during Mass to ensure an orderly service. Ushers are also responsible for collecting weekly monetary donations and any special collections.

“Therefore, we who are receiving the unshakable kingdom should have gratitude, with which we should offer worship pleasing to God in reverence and awe. For our God is a consuming fire.”
Hebrews 12:28-29
